The term LMS is used in the world of education by many institutions. What most educational institutions are actually using is LCMS, which is complimentary to the learning. We, at TMS, are using LMS as a concept of education that is paralleled by select universities in the world.
LMS combines e-learning, interaction, reporting, and assessment guidance all in one. Our students experience flipped classrooms and then come to school to practice, assess their own learning, and experience the concepts learned. We are able to provide every resource to our students from online textbooks, supplementary books, videos, power point presentations, electronic lessons, quizzing and so much more.
Through LMS, students are in a learning environment around the clock, all year round, from all over the world. In a world where information is data driven, we are not just offering email services, or a website where assignments are posted, we are offering a transparent, easy to access way of life. We are not just preparing our students to pursue higher education, we are also preparing them for the new digital age we live in.
The LMS enables students to study in a flexible manner. Teachers have been attending training sessions in order to apply the best of strategies in implementing this system. I firmly believe that parents are vital partners in the educational system especially in an open-door policy system.
